Sue Brown Realty & Associates is a family owned & operated full-service Real Estate Company for Real Estate Residential Sales under Sue Brown, Broker.  We were founded on the same principles that has carried Sue through her 16 years as a Realtor and previously in her 20-year career teaching children which is the importance of honesty, integrity, trust and respect.

The success of the brokerage is backed by Sue’s illustrious real estate career which began in 2003. Her success is easy to measure since Sue has been the Island’s Top Producing Realtor since 2007 for North and South Kona (the area extending from the Kona Airport through to the South Kona/Kau Districts boundary.) In 2007 she was chosen as Realtor of the Year by the West Hawaii Association of Realtors and in 2011, 2014, & 2016-2018 she was listed among the state’s top 100 realtors in Hawaii Business Magazine and is recognized in their Hall of Fame for 2007-2018. Sue was also recognized in 2019 as a Top 100 Realtor for Hawaii Island by the Hawaii Business Magazine.  In addition, she is listed as among the Most Real Estate Transactions for 2015-2018.

Sue was most recently awarded one of the inaugural Kupono REALTOR Awards sponsored by the West Hawaii Association of Realtors, West Hawaii Today and Hawaii Community Federal Credit Union. The Kupono REALTOR Awards honors and publicly recognizes Realtors who have provided exceptional customer service to their clients while maintaining the highest ethical standards. Clients who closed transactions within the award period were able to submit nominations on behalf of their Realtors and the winners were then chosen by the judges committee. Five winners were chosen from 29 nominees and over 120 submissions.

Sue’s husband Hilary joined her in business in 2006 when he retired as the President of MacFarms of Hawaii. Hilary brought with him a wealth of knowledge in land and farms spanning years and different continents.

Rounding out the Sue Brown Realty & Associates team is Sue & Hilary’s son Tim and his wife, Ally.  Tim is a licensed Realtor since 2016 and recently obtained his Brokers license in November 2019. Tim brings a wonderful perspective to the family operations with his background in Finance. Ally has a background in Accounting and currently serves as the Office Manager/Accountant and has plans to obtain her real estate license as well. Ally also helps to plan events in our community with the Ladies Artisan Market, Aesha Rose Event & Design & the Miss Kona Coffee Scholarship Program and will be the on-site day of vendor manager for this event.

At Sue Brown Realty & Associates, we take our clients best interest at heart and we operate accordingly.  When you choose us to represent you for all your real estate needs, you are not just getting one of us, we are all informed and can assist in ensuring you have the best real estate experience possible.
